I am one of 66. I lived in that house, you know the house, the one full of garbage, clutter and cats. I was one of the cats you heard about. One of those without sight. I can't describe the pain I lived with, my eyes infected and inflamed, one of them even ruptured. I thought that I had no hope of relief. Thankfully someone came to help. I didn't know if the strangers were going to hurt me, so I hid, but I was starving and could smell something delicious. My stomach led me out to one of the people there who was trying to give us some food. They scooped me up and took me to a place that was warm and clean. I started to feel better, with a full tummy and a warm bed. I went to sleep and when I woke up I could feel something was different with my eyes, the pain was gone. My brother Balboa and I went to a foster home and had an entire room to ourselves. We spend our time cuddled together blissfully happy to have been saved. There's a lady that comes in to feed us and clean our litter box, she acts like a mom and she sits with us, talking to us, telling us everything is going to be ok. I don't know if we should believe her. Who would want 2 blind cats? Who will give us a chance? Can we hope to be rescued again? Will you rescue us?
