The Hamilton/Burlington SPCA is excited to introduce an Exchange Program designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and professional growth across animal shelter agencies across Canada.

For 7 immersive days, selected participants will work side-by-side with our dedicated team at the HBSPCA—a venerable institution with 137 years of service, caring for over 15,000 animals annually.

Our comprehensive operations span from clinical services at the Companion Hospital, hands-on experience in our Animal Shelter, dynamic Pet Health Outreach Clinics, robust Humane Education initiatives, and the essential administrative functions such as Fundraising, Finance, Volunteer Coordination, and Communications.

This program is built on the premise of sharing and learning best practices, regardless of the size or scope of your organization.
