Kick off your creative adventure with a delightful brunch, offering a variety of breakfast basics to fuel your artistic inspiration. Whether you’re a fan of savory or sweet, there’s something for everyone. Enjoy a leisurely meal as you mingle with fellow pet lovers and get excited about the day ahead.

2. Capture Your Pet’s Personality:

Prior to the event, send us a headshot of your beloved pet. Whether it’s your loyal dog, curious cat, or even a feathered or scaled friend, we’ll use your photo to create a pre-sketched outline on your canvas, ensuring that you can focus on bringing out your pet’s unique personality through your painting.

3. Guided Artistic Session:

No painting experience? No problem! Our talented artist will be on hand to guide you through the process, offering tips and techniques to help you create a masterpiece. You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve, and your pet’s likeness will come to life on the canvas in ways you never imagined.

4. Pet Meet & Greet:

Take a break from painting to meet some of the adorable adoptable animals at our shelter. Get up close and personal with some of our furry residents, learn about their stories, and maybe even fall in love with a new friend. This meet & greet is the perfect way to connect with the animals your participation supports.

5. Shelter Tour:

Curious about the work we do? Join us for a guided tour of our shelter facilities. Learn about our mission, meet our dedicated staff and volunteers, and discover how we’re making a difference in the lives of animals every day. This behind-the-scenes look will give you a deeper appreciation for the impact of your participation.

6. Your Take-Home Masterpiece:

At the end of the session, you’ll have a beautiful, personalized piece of art to take home. Display it proudly as a reminder of your pet and your artistic achievement, and let it be a conversation starter for sharing your experience with others.

How to Register:

1. Send Your Pet’s Photo:

During registration, you’ll receive instructions on how to submit a high-quality headshot of your pet. This will be used to create your pre-sketched canvas. It's important that the headshot be a high-quality image and must only include one pet. We recommend a photo where the pet is centred, close-up and full colour (non-black and white).

2. Reserve Your Spot:

Spaces are limited, so be sure to register early. Your ticket includes the brunch, all painting supplies, and a pre-sketched canvas.

3. Prepare for a Fun Day:

No need to bring anything but yourself and your enthusiasm! We provide all the materials you’ll need, from paints to brushes to aprons. Just come ready to create and enjoy.

Tickets and Pricing:

The total ticket price if $125 which includes jam-packed value of brunch, all painting supplies, a pre-sketched canvas, a shelter tour, a pet meet & greet, and a surprise goodie bag for all feline and canine companions!

Additional Information:

- Age Requirement: This event is suitable for ages 16 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Parking: Free parking is available at the venue. Simply park at the front of the building, and use the main entrance.
- Dress Code: Casual and comfortable. We provide aprons, but painting can be messy! Wear something you're not afraid to spill some paint on.
